A Pandemic Valentine’s Day

February 14th, arguably the most romantic (and cheesy) day of the year. Whether you enjoy embracing the excuse to be cheesy and romantic or absolutely despise it, the fact remains Valentine’s Day is fast approaching. However, this year is special in that we are in the midst of global pandemic. Celebrating Valentine’s Day in 2021 cannot be the usual going out to a ridiculously fancy (and equally expensive) dinner or embarking on an intimate weekend getaway. But just because the cliché Valentine’s Day rituals are out of the question this year, doesn’t mean you can’t have an equally exceptional and romantic holiday with your loved one.
