How To Become A Sperm Donor
Step 1 – Apply Online
Complete a simple online application or call ( to see if you meet our sperm donor requirements. This will only take about 10 minutes.
Step 2 – Verifying the health of your sperm
You will meet with one of our team members to talk about what is involved in the process of sperm donation. You can enjoy our well-appointed, comfortable, and private environment to provide a first sample in our new, state-of-the-art Sperm Banking facility.
We will connect you with a psychologist for a discussion, you will have bloodwork drawn for your screening and you will have a general physical exam by our MD.
Step 3 – You can begin to donate 1 to 3 times per week!
Who Can Donate (Qualifications)
To be a donor with The World Egg and Sperm Bank you must meet the following criteria:
- 18-40 years old
- Good Physical and Mental Health
- Live within driving distance to our facility in Scottsdale, Arizona
- Willing to donate 1 to 3 times per week
- Citizen of the United States
