From Phoenix to Brisbane: Meet our newest IVF Advocate in Australia
TWESB Goes Local in Australia
Did you know we’re global?
You might’ve guessed from the “World” in our name, but many are surprised to learn that The World Egg and Sperm Bank (TWESB) serves families worldwide, while all of our donors are based in the U.S. We’re proud to deepen that global commitment with a dedicated presence in Australia.
Introducing Brooke Bramley, Client Relations Manager-Australia
We’re thrilled to welcome Brooke Bramley as our Australia-based Client Relations Manager, bringing 17+ years of IVF experience and local insight to the TWESB team.
Brooke will focus on streamlining communication between clinics and patients, ensuring seamless donor selection and compliance with evolving regulatory standards. She will also help build awareness of TWESB’s services among Australian clinics, acting as a trusted resource for both medical professionals and intended parents.
Her appointment marks an exciting milestone in our global growth. You can read the full announcement in our official press release here.
“My passion is educating families so they can be as informed and prepared for the IVF journey as possible,” said Bramley. “I’ve spent almost 20 years working in the Australian IVF sector, and I am excited to represent The World Egg and Sperm Bank’s brand because of their reputation and commitment to quality, ethics, and transparency.”
“With so much happening in the news today, clinics and intended parents want to work with a partner they can trust to follow strict rules and procedures across the entire procurement and transfer process. TWESB allows me to provide Australian families with peace of mind.”

Why Local Expertise Matters in Australia
Born and raised in Brisbane, Brooke brings a well-established reputation and deep understanding of the local IVF landscape. Australia’s fertility laws are among the most rigorous in the world, with key differences across states.
“Australia has some of the world’s strictest reproductive laws, with important limits on how many families can be created from a single donor, strict transparency rules on donor origin, and a ban on donor compensation,” said Diana Thomas, CEO and Founder of The World Egg and Sperm Bank.
“These laws are in place to protect intended parents and donors, which is our top priority. Beyond our proven legal compliance since we first began importing into Australia in 2010, we offer donor-conceived children the right to know their true origins and medical histories.”
“We’ve known Brooke for many years and have always admired her commitment to and compassion for families,” said Thomas. “She brings an unmatched depth of knowledge about Australia’s unique reproductive legislation, as well as a passion for providing families with safe, ethical donor options.”
Get to Know Brooke: A Quick Q&A
Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how you entered the IVF space?
I’ve spent the last 17 years working in the IVF industry, helping patients navigate their journeys and make informed decisions. My passion lies in providing families with real options and giving them autonomy over how they build their families.
Q: What drew you to partner with The World Egg and Sperm Bank?
TWESB is truly in a class of its own. They’re the only company currently importing donor gametes exclusively from U.S. donors into Australia, and their donor protocols align with the highest global standards. Many donor banks source from conflict zones, such as Ukraine, but Australian patients deserve better transparency, safety, and ethical accountability.
Q: What’s unique about the fertility landscape in Australia?
Every state has different legislation, and compliance is strict. Clinics and patients need to follow detailed rules, and there are legal consequences for failing to do so. That’s why education and trusted partnerships are so important, so families feel confident and safe.
Q: What’s your personal mission in this work?
It’s about more than having a baby, it’s about having a healthy baby. I want patients to walk away from their fertility journey feeling supported, seen, and cared for, not just clinically, but emotionally.
Q: What will your role look like with TWESB?
I’ll be the local point of contact in Australia, connecting with clinics, supporting patients, and helping build awareness around ethical, accessible egg and sperm donation options. I’m also excited to expand my presence to further inform the community.
Q: Tell us a bit about you outside of work.
I’m Brisbane-born, a proud soccer mom of two boys (ages 9 and 12). My husband coaches, and I manage their team, it’s a full family affair!
